We will hold an exhibition about Ko Murobushi, accompanied by a variety of related events, in the summer of 2025 in Vienna and in the spring of 2026 in Tokyo. This project focuses on presenting reflections on Murobushi’s dance and body in the form of an exhibition. What can we learn, gain, and encounter through the paradoxical challenge of exhibiting “dance that exists in time”? Based on this awareness, we aim to challenge the limits and possibilities of a “dance exhibition” through various efforts over two years.

What does it mean to exhibit dance, and what possibilities might emerge from doing so? We will explore these questions through practice-based workshops—including dance and movement sessions—while investigating them from new perspectives.

Year Two│Exhibition│Vienna & Tokyo
During the ImPulsTanz International Dance Festival 2025 in Vienna, we will present an exhibition on Ko Murobushi alongside a related symposium, seeking to clarify the potential embedded in his reflections and inquiries through the forme of exhibition. The project is also scheduled to be presented in Tokyo in 2026.
