
Seiichiro Miida
Born in Tokyo in 1965. Active mainly in prints and paintings, he is currently a professor at Tokyo University of the Arts. “Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts Invited Artists 1: Seiichiro Miida Exhibition” (2000), “Print Art Trienniale in Kyoto” (2013, Kyoto City Museum of Art), “Mokuhan Zomeki – What happened in Japan?” (2014, University Museum of Art, Tokyo University of the Arts), “Seiichiro Miida Exhibition ‘Wharf Parents – Their Days’” (2015, HIGURE 17-15 cas), and many other solo exhibitions. Other works include the picture on the cover of a book for Molloy, as well as Malone Dies and The Unnamable (written by Samuel Beckett, translated by Kuniichi Uno) in 2019.
